The simple yet profoundly satisfying menu, created by Head Chef Giuseppe Pappalardo from Sicily, showcases classic Italian cuisine served with a modern finesse. Where possible menu items are made by hand (fatto a mano) in the traditional Italian way including hand cut pastas, wood fired pizzas and an extensive stuzzichini menu designed to share. Our traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas are crafted in the authentic Italian way with the dough set aside to rise for 48 hours.
